Already have a Case Club Card? → Email info@libationswinery.com a picture of your case club card, email, and phone number.

Don’t have a Case Club Card? → Purchase a case of wine (12 bottles) from us! You’ll receive a case club membership card and we’ll register your name, email, and phone number so that even when you lose your card we’ll still know you’re a member!
